Our Honduran alpino is a perfect fit for us to roast in steamboat. Alpino translate to Alpine and only grows at very high altitudes 3000' to 6000'. This bean comes from the Comayagua coffee growing region in Central Honduras. Because of the high altitude growing conditions, the beans develop complex sugars and the roasted coffee is more rich and flavorful. We cant always get this Honduran bean but when available it's a phenomenal central American coffee not to be missed.
